I-95 North towards Washington DC
Merge onto VA-207 E via EXIT 104toward US-301/BOWLING GREEN/FORT A.P. HILL (11.5 miles)
VA-207 E becomes US-301 N (20 miles)
Turn RIGHT onto RIDGE RD/VA-205. Continue to follow VA-205.
Turn LEFT onto COLONIAL AVE.
Turn RIGHT onto WASHINGTON AVE
Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto N IRVING AVE.
Take the 2nd LEFT onto HAWTHORNE ST.
Take the 1st RIGHT onto BEACH TER.
301 BEACH TER is on the LEFT.
 
I-95 South towards Richmond, VA
Exit at Route 3 exit in the city of Fredericksburg.
Take Rt. 3 East through the city to the town of King George.
Make a left at the Rt. 205 East traffic light.
Follow Rt. 205 East to the Town of Colonial Beach.
Turn LEFT onto COLONIAL AVE.
Turn RIGHT onto WASHINGTON AVE
Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto N IRVING AVE.
Take the 2nd LEFT onto HAWTHORNE ST.
Take the 1st RIGHT onto BEACH TER.
301 BEACH TER is on the LEFT.
