IMPORTANT SITE INFORMATION: This information is from the Boardwalk Beach Resort and must be adhered to in order for the tour to maintain this race site, please note: Dogs: A city wide ordinance prohibits having dogs on the beach. Please keep them at home. Disposal of sensitive trash: DO NOT leave any hazardous wastes behind or dispose of it at the resort. You are responsible for disposing of all of your wastes properly. Acceptable Vehicles on the Beach: 4 wheel ATV & UTVs are the only vehicles permitted on the beach - all other vehicles are prohibited from entering onto the beach. These vehicles are to be used for loading and unloading purposes ONLY.

Condos

One bedroom condominium (sleeps 6) $149-$169 per night**

Call the Boardwalk and mention booking code 6705. The group rate will be available until Monday, May 13th. Reservations made following that date will be subject to availability and prevailing rates.

*hotel room rates are subject to an 12.62% tax and nightly $3.95 UTA fee that includes complimentary local and long distance calls and WIFI.

**condo rates are subject to a one-time $15.00 registration fee, a $6.95 per day resort fee, $45 damage waiver and a one-time cleaning fee of $75-110  ( based on size of unit) and Tax of 12.62%

Remember you need to check in or signup before 8:00 AM at the latest to insure your spot on the line - don't wait until 8 AM to roll in - there will be a $25 late check-in fee for anyone arriving after 8:00 AM.

Pre-Registration:  Pre-registration highly recommended. Online or mailed entry forms and entry fees must be received by May 16th to qualify for pre-registration discount.

Late Registration/Check-In: Friday, May 17th- 3:00 - 5:00 PM & 6:00PM - 7:00PM at the Boardwalk Beach Resort (the pavilion behind the race course) you can sign-up for racing on Saturday and Sunday. (IF YOU HAVE NOT PRE-REGISTERED PRIOR TO May 16th you will pay a $20 per class late fees! So make sure you pre-register to avoid any late fees.)

Phase II lot will be same as last year - due to limited space:

• First come First Serve

• Overflow parking is available at Wal-Mart

• A $40+ tax per day, $100+ tax for Three (3) days Fee for all RV’s, Travel Trailers / Toy haulers with sleeping compartments (NO TENTS or POP-UPS)  *No Hook-ups*

Hotel Parking:

• Race Participants MUST be Hotel Guests with Parking Tag to park trailers at the HOTEL (All others will be towed)
